Colleene Kabaria
Communications and Programs Assistant
Colleene Kabaria is a Communications and Programs Assistant for the Samuel DeWitt Proctor Institute for Leadership, Equity, and Justice and the Rutgers Center for Minority Serving Institutions. Currently, she is majoring in Human Resource Management with minors in Entrepreneurship and Digital Communication, Information, and Media. In the future, she plans to pursue her Masters in Human Resource Management here at Rutgers University after graduating in the spring of 2026.
Colleene is also a part of the Posse Foundation Scholarship program which is awarded for leadership potential and academic accomplishments. Native to Massachusetts, she enjoys a good beach day and being with friends and family. In her own time, she likes to practice her photography skills and listen to new music.
