Hali E. Smith

Hali E. Smith is a first-year student at Clark Atlanta University where she is majoring in Mass Media Arts. She is an honors student who is currently on the institution’s Dean’s List. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering and dedicating her time to give back to her community. On campus, Hali participates in a number of clubs and activities that are centered around community service. She is looking forward to expanding her leadership skills to impact more people in a variety of ways. She aims to be more inclusive of different cultures and experiences and believes her experience as a Frederick Douglass Global Fellow will help her do so. Hali is a native of Memphis, TN.
