Joseph Castro

Joseph I. Castro is the former Chancellor of the California State University -- the nation's largest public university system -- and former President of California State University, Fresno. He served for over twenty-three years at five University of California campuses before joining the California State University system. Dr. Castro currently serves as Professor of Leadership and Public Policy in the Orfalea College of Business at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and is a Senior Advisor at Sixth Street, a global investment firm.
